Flourish Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Support Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is located in the scenic town of Hereford, with easy commutability from surrounding areas such as Malvern, Ledbury, Leominster, Ross-on-Wye, Bromyard, and Newent.

As a Special Education Support Assistant, you will be working closely with a child in Reception, providing one-to-one support to help them thrive in a primary school setting. The successful applicant will possess strong behaviour management skills and a proven track record of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is a long-term position, with a provisional end date set for the February Half Term. To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent, as well as secure knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
