Metalwork Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Metalwork Specialist to join our team in Pershore. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a busy fabrication company that requires an additional Mig and Tig welder.

Job Summary:

• To assist in the fabrication of metal products using various techniques including Mig and Tig welding.
• To work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience working with metal products, including welding and fabrication. You will be required to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication of metal products, including cutting, shaping and assembling components.
• Use various welding techniques, including Mig and Tig, to join metal components together.
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of the workshop.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A strong background in metalwork, including welding and fabrication.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum, plus overtime opportunities. You will also receive a contributory pension scheme, free parking, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
