Are you a seasoned financial professional looking to drive business growth and success? We're seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team at Hays Senior Finance.
About the Role:
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate cash flow models to forecast operating cash flow, incorporating key drivers and assumptions.
- Capital Planning: Collaborate with teams on capital planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and cash flow availability.
- Extraction Strategies: Partner with Tax and Treasury to identify and implement strategies that maximise cash extraction and conversion.
- Cash Flow Reporting: Prepare detailed cash flow reports and presentations, providing insightful commentary to senior management.
- Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to assess the impact of various factors on cash flow.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with functional groups and regional colleagues to drive digitalisation, efficiencies, and effectiveness in cash and treasury forecasting and planning.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- More than 4 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
