About the Role

White Cap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As an Account Manager in our Accelerated Sales Program, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell White Cap's value proposition and products to customers, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
  • Participate in classroom and on-the-job training to learn our business model, products, and sales approach.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Enter and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or one to two years of sales or related field experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-governance and personal accountability.
  • Competitive nature, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting metrics.
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
