Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Content Specialist to join our team at Nexere Consulting. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming our training curriculum and qualification programs, focusing on the Invoice Finance (IF) and Asset Based Lending (ABL) sectors.

You will refresh and develop training content to ensure it meets industry requirements, while also identifying new opportunities to expand our offerings.

This role involves close collaboration with members and stakeholders to design engaging, technically accurate learning pathways, and ensure high-quality training solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education Program Development:
    • Update existing qualifications and curriculum, particularly in IF/ABL, aligning with regulatory changes.
    • Work with policy teams to ensure training content reflects industry priorities.
    • Collaborate with external partners and members to create and validate course materials.
    • Review and innovate content delivery methods.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all qualifications meet quality standards and implement review frameworks.
    • Oversee content validation and conduct audits for continuous improvement.
  • Assessment Management:
    • Develop assessment criteria and manage exam administration and grading.
    • Support learners through Q&A sessions and guidance clinics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Commission subject matter experts and trainers to develop course content.
    • Cultivate relationships with members, partners, and accreditation bodies.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Monitor program performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training programs and develop content for campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in writing training content.
  • Background in training and or financial services and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Understanding of Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
