  2. Work directly with students or small groups to boost their academic and personal growth.
  3. Encourage children to build resilience and independence through guidance and support.
  4. Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  5. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
