About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible KS2 Cover Teacher to support Primary Schools in the Bristol area on a long-term basis.

As a Cover Teacher, you will work closely with our partner schools, teaching pre-planned lessons across years 3 to 6. You will need to have excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff members and be flexible to work in a range of classrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to meet the needs of all children, adapting and differentiating to ensure inclusivity.
  • Communicate effectively with Class Teachers and Teaching Assistants to provide seamless support.
  • Work closely with the class Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and be able to teach across all year groups.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Be flexible to teach throughout all KS2 classrooms, adapting to the needs of each school and class.
