Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for leading a small project team and working on a range of developments within the Commercial, residential and Leisure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review architectural drawings
  • Create high quality technical drawing packages
  • Work closely with clients
  • Run project from inception to completion
  • Help mentor more junior members of the team / office
  • Go to site meetings
  • Use Revit on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations as well as modern construction knowledge
  • Experience running projects (highly advantageous)
  • Experience leading a small project team
  • Minimum 5 year's professional experience within a relevant role
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • Professional experience with Revit; Essential
  • Excellent communication skills

Remuneration:

  • Competitive salary (£40,000 - £48,000 DOE)
