Job Role

This role involves supporting our pastoral team to enhance student well-being and academic success. You will be working closely with colleagues to foster positive relationships between students, parents, and staff, and developing strategies to improve student behaviour and engagement.

You will be expected to collaborate with teachers to support individual student needs and achieve academic goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with students will be essential in this role.

Terms and Conditions

The salary for this role is £26,721 - £29,514 (£31,076 - £34,314 FTE) per annum, paid on a term-time only basis.
