We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic residential lettings negotiator to join our team in our busy Epping office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lettings negotiations with landlords and tenants
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • Experience in lettings or estate agency
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving licence (required)
