This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership of the CAMEO North team.
CAMEO is an award-winning CPFT Early Intervention service offering assessment, treatment, and support to individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time.
Due to substantial investment in our service, we are embarking upon a significant service expansion, which will enable us to more fully meet national targets and provide high-quality, NICE-adherent care.
CAMEO Service operates across our Foundation Trust via two established bases. This post will be located in a vibrant and diverse city.
If you have passion and drive for the values that underpin EI work, remain focused on service user recovery, and value and support your staff to ensure a well-motivated and driven team, then we look forward to meeting with you.
Main Duties of the JobOversight of caseload care coordination, ensuring delivery of expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions as part of a service user's overall multi-disciplinary team care plan, as well as contributing to shaping the strategic direction of the service.
CAMEO recognizes the aim of individualized work to promote self-awareness, independence, confidence, and hope within the service user's own unique recovery journey.
You will have experience of leadership and have worked within a mental health community setting. It is essential to have either an interest in psychosis or a wish to develop a robust professional working knowledge within this field.
You will have a range of leadership skills and tasks, including confidence at chairing large meetings, ensuring robust governance arrangements, managing service KPIs, audit activity, delivery of supervision, staff appraisals, budgetary management, recruitment, etc.
