Job Title: Amazing Planning Managers

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Planning Director to join our dynamic team in Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:

About the Practice:

We are a well-established and respected multi-disciplinary chartered practice, renowned for its comprehensive understanding of the intricate planning process. Our in-house team of planners, architects, and landscape architects work in unison to deliver a fully integrated approach to development, guiding projects seamlessly from concept to completion.

We have a strong track record of securing planning permissions for even the most challenging sites, and our nationwide portfolio includes a diverse range of projects. These span, but are not limited to, high-end residential developments, commercial and tourism schemes, luxury coastal properties, bespoke homes, and renewable energy developments.

Requirements:
  • Must be MRTPI qualified
  • Have 5+ years' post chartered experience in a town planning role within the UK
  • Ideally have previous team leadership experience
  • Have experience in client-facing work
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Be a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be organised, flexible, proactive, and professional and commercially minded
  • Be enthusiastic about leading other professionals within the business
