About the Position:

Digisourced is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and implementation of sustainability-focused supply chain strategies and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in consultancy and sustainability practices, as well as extensive experience in managing complex, multinational supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies focused on sustainable sourcing, waste reduction, and responsible supply chain management, aligning with ESG goals and industry best practices.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Lead the optimization of end-to-end global supply chain operations, leveraging sustainability initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Business Development & Consultancy: Identify new business opportunities, engage clients, and lead consultancy projects aimed at transforming supply chain operations.
  • System Dynamics & Process Enhancement: Utilize system dynamics modeling to analyze and enhance supply chain processes, manage inventory, and forecast demand.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Leadership & Team Mentoring: Guide a team of supply chain professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, including consultancy experience with a focus on sustainability.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing global supply chains within a multinational or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of system dynamics and its application in supply chain and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, including experience in client-facing roles and proposal development.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
