Drive Growth as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are partnering with Allen Recruitment to fill an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead their Facilities Management and Real Estate Desk.

This is a unique chance to spearhead the growth of a new desk focused on white-collar temporary and interim placements within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Desk Setup and Development: Establish and grow the Facilities/Real Estate recruitment desk/team, identifying and targeting key market opportunities.
  2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Attract, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and interim white-collar roles within the construction sector.
  4. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, attending industry events for the sector, and regular networking events, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
  5. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide informed recruitment advice and strategies.
  6. Consultative Approach: Offer expert guidance to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on the Facilities, Real Estate, Block Management sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Facilities or Real Estate industry, including key roles, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in building and managing a recruitment desk, achieving targets, and delivering results.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
