Key Responsibilities

As a self-employed courier with Yodel, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collecting parcels from customers and returning them to the Yodel depot
  • Using your own vehicle to transport parcels, ensuring that you have the necessary insurance and licenses
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with customers and Yodel staff
  • Managing your own schedule and workload, ensuring that you meet the required standards and deadlines
