More about your role

Our Inclusion Specialist will lead a new approach to teacher development, fostering expertise and confidence across the workforce. This role will educate other teachers on inclusive delivery, promoting confidence without isolation.

For this role, we're looking for someone with a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities and a proven track record of delivering swimming activities that are safe, enjoyable, and challenging for this group.
