We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Progressor to join our dynamic team in Billericay, Essex. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, starting at 25 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the right candidate's schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales progression process from offer acceptance through to completion, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction.
- Liaise with all parties involved in the property transaction, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents.
- Monitor the progress of each sale, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all transactions are fully compliant with industry regulations.
- Work closely with the office team to ensure a seamless handover of clients from the sales team to the sales progression team.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to the sales progression process.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor or in a similar role within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of the property sales process and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
