About This Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a talented Energy Sales Consultant to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing client relationships and maximising retention levels and revenues.
  • Cross-selling water contracts, MOP contracts, and PPA contracts.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers via email and telephone.
  • Arranging quarterly check-ins with existing clients.
  • Resolving billing issues, contract discrepancies, and other queries.
  • Collecting and recording accurate information into our CRM system.
  • Researching businesses that may require our client's products and services.
  • Supporting the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager with business-critical functions.
About You
  • 1-2 years' account management or sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience within the Energy Industry is preferred but not essential.
  • An ability to manage a high workload and prioritise tasks in a pressurised environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A confident, enthusiastic, and friendly personality with a forward-thinking attitude.
  • Solid time-keeping skills and punctuality.
  • UK residency and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • 20 days holiday (increased by 1 day per year of service up to 25 days) + Bank Holidays.
