Head Chef

We are seeking an ambitious Commis Chef to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and suggesting solutions.
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
• Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
• Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and organized.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
• Experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations.
• Experience in a similar Chef role, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• A Food Hygiene certificate and a flexible approach to working.

Our competitive salary is £12.60 per hour, with a 95p enhancement for hours worked after 8pm.

This is a part-time position, with 22.5 hours per week, spread across 3 nights over 7, from 8pm-4am.
