About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Personal Trainer to join our team at Nuffield Health's Devonshire facility. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality inductions, health MOTs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
  • Deliver a range of sessions and consultations, including inductions and health MOTs
  • Carry out gym floor duties, including supervising the gym and providing customer service
  • Enjoy clear career progression with opportunities to move into Wellbeing Lead and management roles
  • Explore opportunities to progress into Wellbeing Lead and management roles

Our Devonshire facility is a state-of-the-art gym and leisure centre, featuring a range of facilities, including a cycle studio, group exercise studios, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a sauna and steam room. We also have a café and bar, and a creche for our members' children.
