Conveyancing Solicitor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our team in Selby, Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion.

About the Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with the firm's clients to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year's PQE
• Sound technical conveyancing knowledge
• Ability to deal with complex legal issues

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
