The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and proven experience in managing agents or general insurance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement controls addressing identified weaknesses.

· Compile Compliance Monitoring reports for Board and Committee meetings, highlighting compliance levels and control effectiveness.

· Monitor and report on progress regarding remedial actions from compliance findings.

· Work closely with Assurance functions for unified oversight and reporting.

· Contribute to the development of the annual Compliance Plan and departmental procedures.

· Support the Head of Compliance in implementing the Plan and managing the Compliance function.

Requirements:

· In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. FCS, PRA, CBI, and BMA).

· Proven experience in managing a small team.
