About the Position

We are searching for an accomplished Head Chef with a minimum of 5 years of experience in gelato production. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in gelato production as a senior chef.
  • A strong focus on cleaning and documentation procedures.
  • A passion for gelato and dessert creation.
  • The ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • A proven track record in developing new gelato flavors and products.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience.
