About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposals Engineer to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Proposals Engineer, you will play a crucial role in generating tenders and technical proposals in response to customer enquiries.

With a strong background in manufacturing and mechanical engineering, you will be responsible for building fantastic relationships with customers and internal teams. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and production machinery, specifically capital equipment, HVAC, industrial booths, pumps, or related systems
  • Excellent communication skills ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams

About the Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role will be around £42,750 per annum, plus a car allowance, 25 days holiday, and other wider benefits. This is a permanent position, and we offer excellent career development and progression opportunities.
