Inside Sales Telesales Executive Opportunity

Salary: £25,000 plus uncapped bonus structure OTE: £35,000+

Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our successful sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive in engaging with customers and clients to support the completion of sales orders. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to re-activate dormant accounts and opening new customer accounts.

The role requires you to work as part of a team, but also independently as you will be responsible for building and managing your own client and customer portfolio. You will be working in a fast-paced but friendly environment that rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  2. Educate prospects about the values and benefits of our services.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
  4. Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales.
  2. Strong cold calling and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to understand client needs and articulate how our service can meet those needs effectively.
  5. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  6. Experience in selling digital services or similar is preferred.
  7. Familiarity with retail consumer finance is advantageous.
