Job Title: Supplier Compliance Manager

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a highly skilled Supplier Compliance Manager to join our Supply Chain department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our suppliers are compliant with our standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise origin supplier compliance performance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure suppliers comply with Mountain Warehouse SOP and supplier manual.
  • Onboard and train suppliers on the use of our supplier portal (APOLLO) and maintenance of all communication and queries.
  • Manage cross-functional new business requirement implementation.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about supplier performance through regular KPI, MBR, and QBR reviews.
  • Carton size dimension compliance and exception reporting.
  • RFID compliance: liaise with label suppliers, retail, and buying to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
  • Onboard new suppliers with all requirements outlined in the supplier manual.
  • Snake Loading compliance.
  • Manage port exceptions and systemic port allocation.
  • Communicate with buying and report exceptions to spot trends.
  • Maintain the supplier manual, send it to suppliers twice a year, and log acceptance.
  • Follow up on ad-hoc additional paperwork requests and supplier communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of international origin supplier compliance management experience.
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data savvy.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, Power BI).
  • Adaptable problem-solving skills to tackle logistic issues and provide support to various roles in departments as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, working to tight deadlines and multitasking across changing priorities.
