EMC Test Engineer Role

AWE is currently recruiting an EMC Test Engineer to join our team at AWE Aldermaston. As an EMC Test Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up and conducting various EMC/EMF tests, following defined test plans and datasheets with necessary supervision/support, and recording and explaining test results and completing test reports.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or HNC/NVQ Level 3 (supported by considerable practical experience) or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, experience in Electromagnetic systems and EMC/EMF testing, and problem-solving skills. You will also need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority-changing environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,738 - £50,180, a 9-day working fortnight, 208 hours of holiday each year, a market-leading contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for professional career development.
