CNC Machine Operator Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at React Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret tool drawings and technical data to determine tooling requirements and machining methods.
- Load tool blanks into the machine and start machine operation to detect malfunctions.
- Stop machine to change cutting tools and setup according to required machining sequence or to measure parts for conformance to drawing specifications.
- Inspect and measure tools and adjust machine or alert the team leader as necessary.
- Follow all factory procedures in regard to safety, production, and quality.
- Clean the machine, tooling, parts, and work area.
Requirements:
- Previous CNC machining experience is preferred, but not required if willing to undertake training.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
