Job Opportunity: Conveyancing and Probate Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a successful law firm in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

This full-time role involves working within a busy conveyancing and probate team, where your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing administrative support with audio typing using digital dictation software (Bighand)
  2. Engaging with clients through phone calls and face-to-face interactions
  3. Scheduling appointments for clients and fee-earners
  4. Managing filing and associated administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  1. Proficiency in typing with digital dictation software
  2. Effective communication via telephone, in person, and email
  3. Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Word & Outlook
  4. Organized and detail-oriented approach to work

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role offers an attractive £28,000 - £38,000 per annum salary, along with excellent employee benefits.
