Coldstore Operative Job Opportunity

Straight Forward Recruitment is seeking a skilled Coldstore Operative to join their team at a modern site in Snetterton. As a Night Shift Coldstore Operative, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and palletising orders as per pick sheets. You will also load vans, which will be parked under cover, ready for drivers to deliver in the morning.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Reach and Counter Balance certificate and a UK driver's license, as they may be required to move vans on site. Previous background in cold store or warehouse work picking orders is preferred but not essential.

The shift is Sunday to Thursday, with Sunday hours from 14:00 to 00:00 and Monday to Thursday hours from 16:00 to 00:00. The pay rate is £13.41 per hour. You will be working in a cold and chilled environment, with temperatures minus 18 degrees. Full PPE will be provided, but you must be happy to work in such conditions.
