Bus Driver Role with Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a skilled bus driver to join our team in Mansfield. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers across various routes.

Salary and Package

The annual salary for this position is £28,473, rising to £34,446 after 6 months, not including enhancements on Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays. In addition to your hourly wage, you can earn up to £14.04 per hour, resulting in an estimated £33,832 initial training rate for the first 6 months, increasing to £41,551 upon completion of training. With opportunities for overtime, your earnings potential is substantial.

Job Description

This role involves driving buses along designated routes, ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. You will also be required to follow established procedures for handling customer queries and issues. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license (for at least 12 months) with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • A patient, safe, and courteous approach to driving is necessary, as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
