Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized HR solutions, leveraging SAP Activate Methodology and DevOps principles.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors configuration, customization, and integration, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to meet clients' business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Integration Centre and CPI integrations, as well as custom BTP applications and SAP partner products.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
  • 3+ end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central, with experience in international payroll and greenfield implementations.
  • Knowledge of other ERPs, such as PeopleSoft and Workday, is desirable.
  • Experience working with public sector banks and HR processes, including core HCM, recruitment, onboarding, and time tracking.
