Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Omega is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the development and refinement of manufacturing processes for oilfield related pressure retaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve supply chain and manufacturing issues
  • Recommend changes to product BOM, drawings, and related documents
  • Develop tools for continuous monitoring of processes
  • Maintain compliance with QMS and related quality standards
  • Assist the QA/QC team with audits and process development
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field
  • Experience with safety critical products
  • Strong experience with CAD and PLM
  • Good all-round mathematical, engineering, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
