We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Waste Data and Weighbridge Manager to join our team at Renewi. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing Weighbridge Operators across three sites and developing a working relationship with clients to ensure contract delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full service delivery complies with contractual commitments, including service delivery plans, contract targets, client data, and information.
Report and manage month-end processes, ensuring accuracy of data collated from off-takers and recorded within TIM.
Monitor performance against the contractual performance framework and conduct site audits to ensure duty of care requirements are met.
Liaise with Central commercial functions and provide information, ensuring weighbridges run smoothly, accurately, and within contractual and legal requirements.
Essential Criteria:
Demand high standards of yourself and others, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to forward plan and have a proactive management approach.
Possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills, numeracy, and literacy skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrate strong, proven people management skills and a valid UK driving licence.
