Enterprise Solutions Architect

Navan is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key player in helping Sales and Account Managers expand payment product offerings, you will be responsible for integrating our corporate card and invoice management solutions with clients' Accounts Payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Navan Expense's card / payment solutions and invoice management features.
  • Leverage your expertise in finance and accounting to assist in the integration of our corporate card and invoice management solutions.
  • Conduct training for the Account Management and Account Executive team to ensure they are well-versed in the features and benefits of combining credit card solutions with invoice management.
  • Act as the voice of our expense customers and partner cross-functionally with product, finance, enablement, operations and implementation teams to drive product development.
  • Engage in the discovery phase with clients to identify specific needs related to AP management, expense and VAT, tailoring our solutions to address these requirements effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or financial consulting, with a robust understanding of ERP system integrations and AP processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as a Solutions Consultant or Architect, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant position within a rapidly growing SaaS company.
  • CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA or related professional accounting certification recommended.
  • Qualified tax advisors are very welcome.
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Tax, Accounting or a similar qualification.
  • German/French speaking skills would be desirable.
