CNC Programmer Role Overview:

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their team in Nr Bicester. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming 5-Axis CNC Milling machines to manufacture high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and operate CNC Mills to produce components in line with customer drawings
  • Carry out manual inspections of components to ensure quality
  • Maintain accurate documentation and workplace procedures

Requirements:
  • Competent in setting and operating CNC Mills
  • Proficient in Heidenhain machine controls
  • Experience programming with Hypermill (training provided)
  • Ability to work on multiple machines and manufacture precision components
  • Experience working with aerospace alloys, stainless steel, and titanium
  • Ideal candidate will have apprenticeship training

Working Hours and Benefits:
  • 38 hours per week, flexible hours between 7-5.30
  • 5-7 hours' overtime available each week
  • 20 days holiday, increasing to 25 days after one year's service, plus bank holidays
