The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to join our Power Assemblies Team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a brand-new position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business for Power Assemblies, as well as maintaining and supporting our current customer base.

The role will involve regular customer meetings, project specification refinement, and order intake and release to the engineering group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Engineering Design teams to provide additional design support
  • Represent Dynex at Exhibitions to gain marketing information
  • Liaise with Chinese colleagues to support sales of large converters for renewable energy markets
About You

We are looking for an experienced Engineer with a degree in Electronic Engineering, who is commercially astute and has experience in the tendering process.

The ideal candidate will have practical engineering experience, including design for power electronics converters, and a good understanding of renewable markets.

They will be flexible and willing to travel, and have a strong customer-facing skillset.
