Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential lettings team in Broadway. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop into a Lettings Negotiator and learn all aspects of residential lettings through our industry-leading development and training program.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion.

Requirements
  • Preferably an Experienced Sales Person: We are looking for someone with sales experience, who can generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Able to Generate New Business: You must be able to generate new business and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding Customer Care/Customer Service Experience: You will be working with clients, so excellent customer care and customer service skills are essential.
  • Resilient, Positive, Organized, Numerate, and Detail-Oriented: You will need to be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented to succeed in this role.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • IT Literate (MS Office, Internet, Email Systems): You will need to be IT literate, with experience using MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence and Access to Your Own Vehicle: You will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to travel to and from work.
