Merchandising Specialist for Asda Stores

Job Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Asda. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for placing point-of-sale (POS) and in-store media in our Asda stores. You will work independently, but as part of a wider team, to execute the placement of POS in designated areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place bollard covers and promotional barkers, blinkers, gondola end cardboard display units, and other POS in pre-arranged sections of the store.
- Use a stepladder to place media at height, as required.
- Photograph and report completed POS placement through an online app.
Requirements:
- Available to work every Thursday, with flexibility to work variable hours between 6am and 7pm.
- Own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report visits in-store.
- Comfortable using a stepladder to place media at height.
- Competent in using and navigating an app-based system.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
