AGM Construction Recruitment is seeking a skilled Plasterer and Damp Proofing Specialist to join our team in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our North East branch, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and damp proofing services on residential properties across the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* First fix and refurbishment of properties purchased at auction to bring them up to rental standard
* Ongoing maintenance and damage repair of properties with sitting tenants
* Repair work on properties that require attention between tenants

**Requirements:**

* Proven expertise and knowledge in damp proofing with a minimum of 2 years experience
* Strong understanding of other trades and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Basic understanding of multi-skilled technician work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
