At eXPD8, we're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you'll work in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked. This role will involve working across various categories, including Cosmetics and routes to retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: You'll adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues and provide accurate feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
