We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults with complex needs. As a Clinical Psychologist with Exemplar Health Care, you will play a key role in creating and implementing strategies for acquired brain injury with neurobehaviors, while commissioning a pilot unit and developing a blueprint for other services.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to individuals with acquired brain injury and neurobehaviors, and complex neurological conditions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and commissioners to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide specialist neuropsychology services, including assessments and therapeutic interventions, and attend scheduled review meetings.
- Undertake high-quality direct and indirect psychological interventions, exercising autonomous judgment and professional responsibility.
- Ensure clinical effectiveness by using outcome measures, collating evidence, and supporting lessons learned.
- Train staff to high standards required for supporting individuals with complex presentations.
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with:
- Professional registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC).
- A strong focus on the care of individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A pragmatic approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
