The Role

We're seeking a skilled team member to join our Penge, London restaurant, specifically our Middle of House team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service. Your contributions will be essential in helping us maintain our brand standards and guarantee every guest enjoys a memorable experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • You'll function effectively in a dynamic environment, upholding high-quality standards and efficiency while meeting production targets.
  • You'll strive to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction by preparing quality products in a timely manner.
  • You'll prioritize the guest experience, upholding brand standards for food and operations.
  • You'll assist in the development of your colleagues, guiding and mentoring them to enhance their skills and performance.
  • You'll collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of processes, resulting in exceptional products and service.

Requirements
  • You must possess strong monitoring skills, consistently tracking food levels within the kitchen to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • You will adhere strictly to Food Safety Standards, working safely and conscientiously to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • You will be diligent in following German Doner Kebab's cleaning and storage protocols, contributing to a clean and organized workspace, including assisting with pot wash and adopting a 'clean as you go' attitude.
