About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Rothwell, Leeds. As a Support Worker, you will provide care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to develop skills, achieve their life goals, and thrive in their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including daily tasks such as taking medication, cooking meals, and assisting with personal hygiene
  • Enable individuals to develop skills and achieve their life goals, such as learning new hobbies or pursuing educational opportunities
  • Support individuals to maintain important relationships with family and friends
  • Work varied shifts to support individuals and promote work-life balance
