We are seeking a driven and motivated Paralegal to join our Commercial Litigation team, where you will primarily focus on Debt Recovery and pre-insolvency related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct challenging and high-value defended debt and pre-insolvency matters, working under the supervision of qualified lawyers in the commercial litigation team.
- Draft legal documentation and manage deadlines and competing work priorities.
- Assist with client enquiries and perform other duties within the scope and spirit of the post as required.
- Good understanding and prior experience of the Debt Recovery & Litigation process and regulations.
- Working knowledge of litigation processes from issuing claims through to varying enforcement methods.
- Fantastic communication skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
