Job Overview

We are looking for a talented People Professional apprentice to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to develop their skills and knowledge in human resources and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with various business areas to deliver high-quality people solutions, providing expert advice on HR-related matters, and contributing to business change initiatives. They will also have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with business areas to deliver high-quality people solutions

  • Contributing to business change initiatives and projects
  • Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders
  • Managing and resolving HR-related issues

What You'll Need:

  • At least 18 years old on 1st September 2025
  • GCSE (or equivalent) at grade 4-9 in both Maths and English (Language and/or Literature)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
