  • Tax Return Preparation: Oversee the completion of client tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a personal portfolio of clients, delivering tailored advice and solutions.
  • Departmental Leadership: Lead departmental initiatives, processes, and projects, including supervision, training, and development of team members.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other departments, clients, and senior management.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a cohesive and productive team environment by actively supporting Tax Associates, Directors, and non-Tax Managers.
  • Professional Development: Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through courses, webinars, and professional reading.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience: ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA qualified or qualified by experience, with a strong background in corporate or mixed tax advisory/planning.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of corporate tax and experience with EIS, EMI options, and R&D Tax Credits is preferred but not essential.
  • Client and Team Focus: Strong communication skills, client-focused approach, and ability to mentor and support junior staff.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience and background.
  • Parking and Benefits: Free parking, medical benefit, life assurance, company pension, 25 days annual leave, discretionary bonus scheme, and additional flexible benefits.
