The Ultra Finance function leads budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting the strategy process, and managing performance against budget. We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the PCS Finance Function.

The purpose of this role is to support the FP&A Director in report preparation and analysis for key stakeholders. This involves developing a deep understanding of the data driving reporting by ensuring accuracy and implementing improvements where required. A strong focus area will be on data impacting finance forecasting, reporting, and commercial decision-making.

  • This role requires collaboration with operations and sales teams to ensure consistency in forward-looking data and reinforce a 'single source of truth' datapoint.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with manipulating large datasets, providing financial analysis, and knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working hours, early finish on Fridays, 25 days holiday, life assurance, pension scheme, and flexible benefits package.
