## Job Description

### About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Site Inspector to join our team at Leeds College Of Building. As a Building Site Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction sites meet the required standards of quality and safety.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor and report on site progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Collaborate with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
* Develop and maintain site-specific quality management plans

### Qualifications and Experience

* 4 or more GCSEs grades A-C (9-4) and a minimum of 2 A Levels or BTEC equivalent
* Level 3 qualification in Construction & the Built Environment, Building Services or Civil Engineering
* Experience in construction site inspection and quality management

### Salary and Benefits

* Starting salary: £21,000 - £25,000
* With experience: £27,000 - £40,000
* Highly experienced inspectors: £60,000
