• Building Security: Oversee the safe-keeping of the building's keys, allowing access for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Maintenance and Reporting: Contribute to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings, ensuring the property is well-maintained and secure.
• Logistics and Administration: Oversee deliveries and sign for packages when required, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Network Development: Build a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations and referrals.
• Communication: Act as a first point of contact for queries and complaints, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues.
• Lost Property: Deal with lost property and locate missing items, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
• Collaboration: Liaise with housekeeping, cleaning, and grounds-keeping staff to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.

• Driving License: Possess a valid driving license.
